It has been serviced annually by professional service companies, and pride of ownership is evident when you see this luxury motorcoach in person. This luxury coach is built on the Spartan K2 chassis. The Cummins ISM Engine powers this Newmar Coach with 450HP and 1550 LBS of torque and has NO DEF requirements, unlike the newer motorhomes! This paint is top-of-the-line, and Newmar painted this coach with the reflective series of paints that are enhanced when sunlight hits it. Full generator service including all filters, completed by a professional RV service company and completed annually by a professional service company, including a complete change of Cummins Engine Anti Freeze and an annual Service on Aqua Hot 450 Hydronic Heat and Hot Water System. Installed new Samsung RF18 Refrigerator. This replaced the older Samsung. Includes the Ice Maker Installation by RV Company Installed New Interstate Batteries. This includes the two chassis and four coach batteries. New Interconnect Cables on Coach Batteries was installed by RV Company. The entire roof, including the Radius side, AC Covers, front and back upper shells, were prepared and repainted with three coats of factory color paint and three applications of Clear Coat. Top Grade products were used, and a Professional RV Body service Company performed work. Installed new Slideout Topper awnings, including a new tube on drivers side LR, and installed new King OA1000 "Over the Air TV Antenna. Fully Automatic on-station searches. Very nice operation Installed new Dometic Fantastic Fan in Bathroom. This is a fully remote control system. Installed LLumar Professional grade Window Tint to the Drivers viewing Window and the Entrance Door. This film eliminates 99 percent of UV rays' damage with a 55 percent heat reduction. LLumar is the leader in meeting specializations for Window Tint Products. The LLumar Tint is extremely sharp and will not hinder your vision. Great Light transfer. HD Televisions installed outside and LR inside Replaced Michelin front tires. The seller states the rear tires are all in great condition. Spartan Authorized Service Company completed full alignment and ride height adjustments. Also, the Three Ride Height Control Assembly was replaced. This chassis has 2 Height Controls on the front and one on the back. Full Chassis inspection and all components are good. Replaced 15 windows in the RV. This is a thicker new version of windows, and all have been tinted. During installation, the windows were removed, and the window mounting areas were cleaned and checked. No water, no rust on hardware. The mounting area is just like new. The photo near the end shows the condition of the mounting area. All Engine Belts were changed by Diesel Company and their Heavy Diesel Service Mechanic. Added 4K UHD DVD to both Samsung Full Resolution TVs. New vanity light was installed in one of the bathrooms. Lights are the latest Newmar product installed on their Essex and King Aire motorhomes. New Fantastic Fan and Blade assembly installed in the bath. Both blade exterior covers were replaced with Fantastic Fans newest UV-type gray cover. Pop-top screens were also replaced. A new Thetford Aria II deluxe toilet. Installation performed by an Authorized Thetford Dometic service company. Two new rocker leather recliners, a new Dometic Model 975 electric door awning installed, and a new Aqua Hot AHE450 DE4 Hydronic heating system. Tire Protection USA tire monitoring system (12 Sensors) was installed, and Newmar replaced the roof. The roof was under Newmar Warranty. Dometic Air Conditioning with Heat Pumps and Slow Start options were installed and returned to service. The new AC is very quiet and working great. New Dometic Controller was also added. The new controller operates air conditioning, heat pumps, Aqua Hot, fans, and temperature control. Needs new tires because of date. Tread depth is good but tires are old.
