Condition_: Refrigerator is not working and the water heater needs to be replaced. 1.Squirrels have eaten a hole in the back window sill allowing them to get in the RV 2.There are stains on the linoleum flooring that may be able to be cleaned or simply replaced. 3.Genset will need maintenance. it will run but i think the gas tank is below what is allowed for the unit to run. I did have the fuel pump replaced on the generator and i retained the old pump. 4.I did replace the sparkplugs in the engine and it does run but the a/c from the engine will need a charge. batteries may need to be replaced for the engine will need new house batteries. 6.New mattress on the bed. will need a thorough cleaning and the gas range works.
