As you proceed toward the back of the motor home, you will find the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom has a sink, medicine cabinet, toilet, and shower. Condition_: This 2014 Jayco Greyhawk 31FS has been well-kept and is in very clean condition. It has low mileage and is ready to go for its new owner. Per the seller: All systems are operational, and there are no known issues. Update 1/25 - Unit shows more wear and tear than shown in photos. The upper refrigerator door has a separation in the framing woodwork as do some other cabinets. The seller believes he can get it repaired before a sale. The rear bedroom wallpaper separation has grown some since the photos. It appears to be cosmetic from moisture and the wallpaper glue as there are no signs of water leaking down from the roof. The generator is not starting. It was working last winter, but won't turn over at this time. The unit needs a good cleaning. I believe the seller will clean the listing before the spring.
