Our sellers have done some tasteful and attractive customizing in the kitchen area. They removed some of the traditional cabinets for the kitchen island and cabinetry under the stovetop and replaced it with open shelving. The shelving is made super sturdy by employing threaded pipe with shelving attached. See pics. There are three A/C units that produce 40,500 BTU of cooling power. ALLIANCE RV, the parent company, claims to produce the best HVAC system on the market. The garage is accessed via a rear side door and rear ramp. The garage length is 11', the width is approximately 8'4" and the height is approximately 7'. The rear ramp door also doubles as a roomy porch. There are dual 30-gallon fuel tanks onboard.
