We can repair your crashed, damaged, or rolled trailer or body. We also perform all recommended maintenance and repair items to keep feed bodies and trailers functioning properly. Ask about our annual maintenance package that includes:
- flow testing pump, valves, and controls
- removing motors for spline and bearing inspection
- remove floor auger to check Nylaflite & bearings
- remove discharge auger to check Nylaflite & bearings
- change hydraulic oil and filter
- removed turn device chain and rotate T/D output shaft
- lubricate all grease fittings
- inspect hoses
- check function of all lights
- inspect tank and running gear for fatigue cracks or damage
- inspect and service running gear to DOT standards
- degrease and acid clean the tank
- test run to confirm proper function
