The rear ramp to the 12X8 ft garage doubles as a party deck with railings on all sides. The Garage has a drop-down bunk and bottom sofas that are removable so you can tie down your toys. There is a fueling station and an entertainment center with overhead cabinets. Moving forward from the garage, you'll enter the main lounge which has a kitchen that will please even the fussiest of chefs with a residential fridge/freezer, a huge pantry, a 3-burner stove/oven, a microwave, and loads of solid surface countertops and cabinet space. The kids are going to love the hidden loft that looks out on the main lounge! Across from the kitchen is a leatherette pullout couch in perfect viewing distance from the TV. Condition_: The overall condition of the 2017 Vengeance Touring Edition 40D12 is it needs some simple TLC. The exterior was found to be free of any scratches, cracks with the decals showing no to a little weathering. The two awnings were damaged from a storm. The front patio awning needs to be replaced as the awning is ripped. The rear patio awning became detached and needs to be remounted but it works per seller. The interior was found to be in good condition. The sofa was beginning to peel at one end. The front entry porch deck may have some delamination with the non-skid floor.
