Condition_: Overall, this 2010 Greyhawk is in good condition, and it shows normal wear and tear for its age in some areas. The armrests of both the driver's and passenger seats are worn (see photos), and the seats are covered. Outside, on the driver's side, there's some damage to the lower side of the RV (see photos). It doesn't affect the general operation of the RV, but it needs to be fixed. The generator cranks but won't start. The owner is looking into it to find the reason. According to the owner, he never used it. He thinks the hours on it are around 400. The interior in general is great, the floors are replaced and in great condition. All bunk beds, cabover bed and the main bed in the owners' suite are in very good condition. The cabinets and woodwork all over the RV are in very good condition.
