Condition_: Just walked through this 2017 Alpine 3661FL by Keystone. For a used fifth wheel, it shows very little wear. The front living area is in great shape--no sagging in the sofas, smells fresh and new . Very nice one owner RV. Outside could use some good cleaning. The owning has a tear (look at photo) One of the theater seats has the leather faded on the back seat. (see photos) A couple of scratches on the wood under the oven. ( see photos) Other than that very nice. According to the owner, all systems are in good working order: the fireplace, entertainment center, kitchen appliances, A/C, and plumbing. The kitchen is clean with no signs of leaks or damage. Flooring feels solid throughout. In the bedroom, the king bed and cabinetry are clean and functional, and the bathroom is bright with no visible issues.
