Batteries were replaced, and the roof was re-sealed in 2022. It does have some cosmetic issues. When the unit was purchased, the previous owner must have had a cat. There are pick marks on the driver's seat, the passenger seat, and the sofa. At the bottom of the driver's door, the paint is bubbling.
