Condition_: The overall condition of this coach is good, it has been lightly used for the past year. The current owners purchased it and it has not been moved since purchase, just a relative using it for a few months in the spring. The exterior shows normal wear; it needs normal cleaning since it's in a dusty area. The tires are original and need replacing, and the roof ladder is slightly bent and needs to be addressed. On the inside, the coach shows typical wear, the pantry door has a dent, and the wallpaper is peeling in a few spots from the AZ heat.
